I don't think that your whinning at all.I don't know about Texas but Alabama dosen't have what it takes to prepare for bad weather. Like sand, salt, snow plows. So when bad weather does hit.Utter chaos!Some times the way people drive I wish it were that way here.I start praying from the time Jimmy goes to work until the Lord brings him back home to me safe and sound.Love in Christ, cathy.
